All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Nova Development are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect purchases, accidental purchases, failure to read product descriptions, incompatibility with third-party software or platforms, or a change of mind after purchase.

Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring the product or service meets your needs before purchasing. Once access to a digital service, product, license, or subscription has been granted, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial usage, unused time, service downtime, account suspensions, or terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized refund attempts may result in immediate termination of access to our services and potential blacklisting from future purchases.
